First Family Walk of the Year

Tonight our little family of three went for a walk on Presque Isle. It was so nice at our house, about 62 degrees, so I figured it was a great afternoon for a walk. Little did I know that when we got to Presque Isle, it would be 49 degrees! Rick warned me that it might be 10 degrees cooler since it was right by the icy water, but it was colder than we both thought. Of course, that didn't stop anyone from enjoying the nice evening. There were couples walking, rollerblading, walking their dogs. Lainey was just riding along in her stroller enjoying the sights. She was all snuggled up with a blanket and a bottle, happy as a lark. Needless to say, it was a nice but very brisk walk! We will definitely be going back...we just might wait until the weather warms up a bit more!
